Cancellation Policy:
- 14 day cancellation required for standard reservations - 30 day for holiday reservations.
- More than 14 days is refundable - less the appropriate cancellation fee.
- Cancelled Reservations: Standard - $30 fee
Holiday - $60 fee
- We cannot accept cancellations due to weather conditions.
- When a stay is commenced and guests wish to shorten their visit, they will be responsible for the total cost of the stay they reserved.
- Group Cancel Policy: 4 reservations or more: 60 day cancellation policy; $60 cancellation fee.
- In cancellation period - guest is responsible for reservation.

As much as we understand pets are part of the family; we do not allow pets at Villas at Giants Ridge. Please note, if a guest brings their pet a min $250 is applied to their reservation and they are asked to remove their pet from property - local kennel numbers are available. NO EXCEPTIONS!
